MSc Building Information Modelling and Sustainability

Designed for graduates who wish to develop the knowledge and skills to pursue a career in the rapidly evolving area of Building Information Modelling (BIM), used throughout the construction project and the property life cycle, this course is ideal for those currently employed in the industry who wish to develop new skills and adapt their professional abilities in line with the government’s proposal. It has been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The MSc Building Information Modelling and Sustainability emphasises the importance of sustainability, in line with the current environmental agenda. It addresses the use of the Code for Sustainable Homes and the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) within BIM technologies, along with the RICS Property Life Cycle, and Civil Engineering Environmental Quality Assessment and Awards Scheme (CEEQUAL).
